About Super Store NZ — Community First, Costco Prices

A small Hamilton service with one job: getting Costco products into the hands of New Zealanders who can't easily buy them themselves.

Why we exist

Super Store NZ started the day Costco opened its first New Zealand warehouse in late September 2022 — before this website even existed, orders came in through WeChat and Facebook. In early January 2023 we launched this site, for a simple reason. Costco sells great products, but plenty of New Zealanders can't get them: a membership costs money, the nearest warehouse can be hours away, and the bulk packs are often too large for one household anyway.

So we do the shopping for you. You order online, we buy the products at Costco, and a tracked courier brings them to your door — anywhere in New Zealand. No membership, no road trip, no garage-sized empty space where a 48-pack used to fit.

Since the website launched we have handled more than 6,500 website orders — and that figure does not even include the orders that still arrive through Facebook, WeChat or email. Those come on top, just as they did from day one.

How it works

1. Order online — browse 800+ product lines and check out any time.
2. We restock every Friday — our team makes the Costco run and picks your items fresh.
3. Delivery or pickup — tracked courier to your address nationwide, or pick up from our Hamilton office by appointment.

Low margins, on purpose

Here is the honest version: this store was started as a community service, not a profit machine. Our margins are deliberately small — once the fuel for the Costco runs is covered, the store is roughly break-even. The labour behind it isn't billed to the store either: it is provided, unpaid, by our main business, the flagaholic printing workshop.

Super Store NZ is run by the same Hamilton family team behind a printing workshop that has been trading since 2006. Real people, a real address at 14 Glenwarrick Court, Rototuna, and someone who answers your emails — Mon–Fri, 8am–6:30pm.
