Delivery Times & Tracking
Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days after your order is completed. If an item is not in stock, it will be sourced at the next restock round and delivery may take longer.
Delivery occurs between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Factors that affect delivery time:
- Clearance of your payment
- Final email approval of items
- Delivery address — non-metropolitan or rural areas may take longer
Registered customers can track orders in Order History. Once dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking number. Track via NZ Post or your courier's website.
Delivery Methods
Online orders are delivered using NZ Post or other express couriers with full tracking.
- We deliver to residential and business addresses
- PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons
- Each order ships to a single address — separate orders required for multiple addresses

Collect your order for free from our Hamilton office:

- Hours: Mon–Thu 8am–6:30pm, Fri (restock) 4pm–9pm
