Delivery Fees

The delivery fee changes to a final delivery fee in the Shopping Cart page, once you have selected the delivery method for your order. If you have more than one product in your order, the delivery fee is automatically calculated by our system based on the Total Weight of products. If the volume weight is larger than the actual weight, the delivery fee will be calculated by the volume weight.

Delivery Times & Tracking your Order

Estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days (PBT) does not commence until your order has been completed (Timeframe). If an item is not available in our store, you can still place the order. However, expect the timeframe to be longer as the item(s) will be purchased from Costco at the next round.

Your order will be delivered between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day and dispatched as quickly as possible.

The delivery date will be affected by:

(a) Clearance of your payment to us from your financial institution;

(b) Your final email approval of items;

(c) Your delivery address. If you live in a non-metropolitan or regional delivery zone a longer delivery time may apply to your order.

If you were registered at the time you placed your order, you can see the status of your order in the Order History area. If your order has been dispatched you will have received an email that contained a tracking number for your order. If you had multiple orders delivered to different addresses you may have received multiple tracking numbers. You can use these tracking numbers to see the delivery status of your products on PBT or your local post office web site.

Delivery Methods

Online orders are delivered using PBT or other Express Couriers, so that they can be tracked. We only deliver to residential or business addresses. PO Boxes are not accepted for security reasons.

Rural delivery surcharge

For a rural delivery address, a rural charge ($15.00 NZD) may apply. We will contact you to discuss it before proceeding.

Single Delivery Address Per Order

All products can only be sent to one address per order. To have different products delivered to different addresses you will need to place separate orders.
