Mutti Polpa Chopped Tomatoes is made exclusively with sun-ripened 100% Italian tomatoes and a pinch of salt. The best tomatoes are picked when perfectly ripe, cold crushed and processed with the patented technique to capture the flavour of just-harvested tomatoes. These tomatoes are red, sweet, ripe and free of yellow and green parts. The tomatoes are thick and fragrant, ideal for cooking long at high temperatures, but also suitable for using uncooked, thanks to its fresh flavour. The tomoatoes are excellent for sauces, stews and soups, or even bruschetta. They are prepared without artificial additives or preservatives.
