DJ&A’s shitake mushroom crisps are a delicious mix of whole and cut shitake mushrooms, crunchy and ready to eat straight out of the bag. The brand use a superior cooking process called vacuum cooking, which uses less oil and cooks the mushrooms at a lower temperature to preserve the natural mushroom goodness and delicious taste. A 150g bag of DJ&A shitake mushroom crisps is made from about 420g of fresh mushrooms, making this snack naturally nutrient dense!

These crisps are also vegan, non-GMO, kosher and halal.
