Yes — if the product you want is marked In Stock on our website, you can buy it directly at our Hamilton office without placing an order. You are welcome to visit and purchase in-stock items on the spot; no booking is needed for walk-in purchases.

Office hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 6:30pm, Friday (restocking day) 4pm - 9pm, Saturday by appointment only, Sunday closed.
If the product is not in stock (e.g. marked Pre-Order or Out of Stock), an order must be placed through the website first. For orders placed online with Click & Collect pickup, you will need to book a pickup time via the booking link we email you.
