How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is calculated automatically in the Shopping Cart. Each item is charged on its shipping weight - the larger of its actual weight and its packed (volume) weight - and the total order weight is rounded up to the nearest 0.5 kg. The base fee covers the first 0.5 kg and the per-kg rate applies to each kg beyond that. Regional rates: Click & Collect from our Hamilton office - no delivery fee (products charged normally); Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua & Tauranga - $9.50 + $1.40/kg; Rest of North Island - $12.00 + $2.00/kg; South Island - $15.00 + $2.80/kg; Rural delivery - up to $6.00/parcel surcharge. The exact final fee is shown in your Shopping Cart once you add items and select your shipping area. Full details: Timeframe.pdf
