What is your delivery timeframe? When will my order arrive?

Ordering timeframe (see Timeframe.pdf for the full table): • In Stock — Click & Collect same day (order by 3pm); delivery ships next working day, North Island 2–3 working days, South Island 3–4 working days. • Low Stock / Pre-Order — sourced at the next restock round: Click & Collect Friday afternoon; delivery ships the following Monday. • Out of Stock — we will email you to arrange next steps. We restock every Friday. To ensure your order is processed this week, please place it before 7pm on Thursday.
