Email [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for return, to request an RMA#. Pack the items in their original packaging, print the RMA# clearly on the outside, include any free items from the order, and ship to our Hamilton warehouse within 10 days of the return request using a trackable, insured service.
