What does “Pre-Order” mean and how do price changes work?

Pre-order items are products not yet in stock but sourced from our suppliers on the next restock day. They are marked with an orange “Pre-Order” status instead of a green “In Stock” status. If the price increases beyond our standard service fee by purchase day, we notify you of the updated price before charging; otherwise we honour the original price at the time of your purchase (paid orders only). If the price decreases on purchase day, we refund the difference back to you. Pre-order products are sourced on the next restock day (every Friday) and are available for pickup that Friday afternoon; if delivery is chosen, they ship the following Monday.
