How do I book a pickup time after my order is ready?

When your pickup (Click & Collect) order is packed, we will email you an "order is ready" notification containing a secure booking link. Open that link and choose a pickup date and time that suits you at our Hamilton office (14 Glenwarrick Court, Rototuna, Hamilton 3210). Please book before you come — without a booking we cannot guarantee that someone will be available to hand over your order. You can book any day within the next 2 weeks. If you did not receive the email or the link is not working, email us at [email protected] and we will resend your booking link.
